Heirloom Goose Tracks Quilt
A masterpiece of a quilt that takes your breath away with her gorgeous quilting, the beautiful indigo fabric with little floral stems, the feathered quilting along the borders, and the beauty of the Goose Tracks block. What an accomplishment it must have been for the quilter to complete this piece. A wonderful, larger size that would create a beautiful centerpiece in a bedroom, but also lovely to fold over a quilt rack or chair. Notice the alternate indigo fabric used in one corner block — a slightly lighter shade of indigo piecing the goose “toes.” This quilt is in great condition for her age with just a bit of slight discoloration along a couple edges where she was handled the most, and a couple tiny light negligible marks and some trim wear. Nothing that stands out. She has been lovingly washed by hand and hung to dry and is ready to become a treasure in your collection.
