Provenance/Notes:
A perfect summery quilt with Nine Patch blocks in red, indigo, sand, and stripes that look like little nautical flags
The gorgeous shirting fabric in the in-between spaces adds a beautiful element to this quilt
The indigo and turkey red retain rich, vibrant tones
Embroidered in a corner is a name and a year — 1925
A soft and cozy quilt, perfect to snuggle under for summer naps and books
Maker and origin unknown
Washed by hand and in excellent condition with just a couple very light small residual stains, hardly noticeable (see last photo)
Measurements: 67” x 68”

Note on antique/vintage quilts: Many of the quilts we sell have been loved, slept under, washed, sunshine dried, taken on picnics, slept on underneath the stars, and lived lifetimes before arriving at our doorstep.
