this stunning scrappy quilt feels like the prettiest autumn day, full of colorful leaves and flowers
two little windmill blocks twirl within each of the four-patch blocks, with a variety of colors and prints filling the opposing blocks
it is evident that the quilter loved each of the fabrics she chose! take a look at some of the close-ups to enjoy the wonderful variety of fabrics
the background white fabric is scattered with tiny sprigs of flowers, while the double indigo border sandwiches a white fabric dotted with tiny red dots
beautifully quilted, with double-line quilting all around the border
washed by hand and in excellent condition, with just a few small, very light residual marks that are hardly noticeable (see last photo)

Note on antique/vintage quilts: Many of the quilts we sell have been loved, slept under, washed, sunshine dried, taken on picnics, slept on underneath the stars, and lived lifetimes before arriving at our doorstep.
