Provenance/Notes:
Stunning old dyes at their best, this quilt is made of the most wonderful brown and blue fabrics -- earthy and serene -- accented with cloud white patches
Notice the lovely quilting and how the circular quilting motifs on the blocks contrast with the angular lines of the patches
There is nothing like the way an old natural dye fades, and you see the fading of the brown along one side of the quilt and on the trim
Washed by hand and in great condition with just a couple tiny marks and a bit of uneven fading mostly in one corner (see last couple photos)
Measurements: 76" x 90"
$20 flat rate shipping includes insurance coverage for the full purchase amount. Price for smaller items have been adjusted (lowered) to account for the lower shipping cost.
