Twinkling Stars Quilt
A landscape of puffy little Sawtooth Stars dance across the width of this quilt. Made from a beautiful array of fabrics from the late 1800s to the early 1900s, each of these 4-inch star blocks are a fun study. Various indigos, pinks, reds and grays, with bright green stars that really pop, this quilt would blend beautifully into any environment. She has the feel of a very thin, lightweight comforter, and may have been finished later, as her trim does seem newer and possibly her back. A lovely everyday piece to use and enjoy, she has been washed by hand and is in great shape, with just a couple tiny marks and one small light water stain, and one grey star that has some wear.
